Curé of Ars parish is my home parish in the Archdiocese of St. Louis. The parish is an older parish, and never had a website (except for a bulletin page, where the weekly bulletin was posted), so I decided to donate some time to build a website for the parish.
I began building a few module components, like a parish_bulletin module, a parish_calendar module, and a parish_info module, and integrated these Drupal modules into a new open source initiative I was planning called Open Parish. The website's theme is built with HTML5 semantic markup, and the site is easy enough for the parish secretary to update information as needed. It was built on Drupal 7.
