[UPDATE: Pictures have been posted online.]
Today the KGB Lions played a hard-fought game, and ended up tying 'Fuego United' (United Flame? Something like that...) by a score of 2-2. It was quite a hard-fought game, and I have a few nice bruises and strawberries to prove it. This year's fan base has been great, and I think the showing for our Friday 'ecumenical exhibition match' against Concordia Lutheran Seminary will be well attended on both sides. Pictures will soon be posted, once I get some time to sort through them (thanks, Maria and Matt, for taking pictures!).
On another note, please pray for all the Seminaries and those who are on the Apostolic Visitation councils travelling throughout the U.S., that they may perform their duties well and be close to Christ and His Church in all that they do. I am very glad that so much attention has been brought to houses of formation of late; future priests who will act in persona Christi must have proper formation in order to be the best priests they can be, conforming themselves to Christ in all that they do.
I thank you for all your prayers for my mother, who is feeling a bit better now; I have only recently realized how important she and my family are to me—partially because of the trials she's gone through.
